Nixie Clock

This project was a birthday present for my dad. I saw nixie tube clocks online and decided I wanted to build one from scratch. Before this project I had barely soldered anything, never used a transistor, and never designed a PCB. This was a huge undertaking and actually took about 2 years total. The time is automatically set by a GPS module on the bottom of the board. Initially I practiced home etching PCBs until finally leveling up to ordering them from chinese fab houses.

A look at the code is below the gallery.
